It's sunny again and I'm enjoying the last day before having to wake up very early for work...

* A drawing made for us by Jean Charles de Castelbajac.
* Swann's lamp that he doesn't like. I got it for him for his birthday, but when he opened the gift he was scared and made the same animal-like sound as he makes when he sees the vacuum cleaner (which scares him a little too, especially since it blew hot air on his face once - can't blame him). Since then, the lamp has been hanging around in the apartement, occasionally he sees it and beats it with his hand. I think he's slowing getting to like it though...
(I bought it at Bonton, but I don't think they have it anymore).
* Florina's candles, home-made obviously.

The lamp is gorgeous...maybe Swann will come to love it. I once showed a small child my cookie monster stuffed toy and she became very distressed (which I wasn't expecting at all).

Hello Anabelle, I've just been catching up with your posts. New job, sounds exciting! Can't wait to hear how it goes - very well I hope. Early starts though, at least the clocks have changed and the days are warmer I always find getting up in summer easier. Polly x P.S.
