Amsterdam ♥♥♥ (part 2)

It would be great if here too, we could barbecue in the parks, like in Amsterdam. And ride our bikes everywhere.

It would be fun if there were pools for kids in the parks where they can play while parents chat drinking wine with their feet in the water, like in Amsterdam.

It would be nice if people said hello to you in the streets. And if they had the same look on eachothers as they do in Amsterdam.

But Paris is just not Amsterdam, and I guess you have to live with it... (I might get myself a bike though...)

Biking in Paris has changed my life! Seriously - grab a casque and a Vélib and voila! Les quais de Seine sont fermés aux voitures le dimanche!! :-) trop bien!

Whenever I go anywhere (lovely) that isn't home, my mind wanders to 'I so want to live here, just how? The grass is always greener, as they say, and Annabelle, I think Paris is a pretty fab place to live... Never mind Amsterdam! That's what holidays are for! x

FCC: il me faut un siège enfant pour Swann, il est devenu accro au vélo lui aussi, donc pas de vélib mais un vélo d'occas' que personne ne voudra me voler ;)

Jen, you are so right and I am exactly like you describe! Yes the grass is always greener on the other side ;) xxx
