lime seeds and pebbles

Like Alexis, I've been cleaning around today. And I found this.

An envelop filled with gifts from Florina, when she was really little. Lime seeds, pebbles, drawings, small pieces of papers, flowers, pearls... It still smelled like lavanda inside. My God, this smell went to my heart and warmed my soul. For a second, I was holding my little girl, and she was still 3 years old.

And on my desk today, a cup filled with candies that she gave me yesterday. While I was with Swann at my sister's, she and Earl went from hotel to hotel to get free candies and she took so many candies I can't possibly tell how many here. A very peculiar way to entertain yourself you might think — like me — but at least it got her completely back to normal after being sick for three days.

So I'm going to eat my candies, and probably put one of them in the envelop that I'm going to keep safe in my closet, because these pebbles and papers mean more than gold to me. (That's probably why I kept them and lost most of the few golden rings and earings I've ever had...)
